Kanye West Has $850,000 ‘Titanium Teeth,’ and They’re Permanent

Kanye West, now known as Ye, is equally famous for his rapping career as he is for his style statement. Most recently, the headlines are about Kanye West’s titanium teeth. Even if that phrase may sound astonishing and implausible to most people, for Kanye West, it’s not that unbelievable. West has long been known for going all-in with his interests, regardless of how much it costs. These dental implants allegedly cost him $850,000. The teeth also have platinum and palladium materials alongside titanium.

There have been rumors that his original teeth were removed; however, this is untrue. West has personally designed this new kind of implant with his team of dental and medical experts. They are called “fixed-prosthodontics.” According to a source, Kanye West’s titanium teeth are “fixed and permanent.” However, they are much more advanced than grills or veneers. As such, this one particularly is “quite unlike anything that has been done before.”

Kanye West’s Titanium Teeth Is A Marvel Of The Industry

Kanye West’s titanium teeth were created and installed with the help of Dr. Thomas Connelly. Connelly is also known as the “Father of Diamond Dentistry.” The dentures were manufactured and fitted by Connelly. Shortly after the installation, West showed them off to his 18.7 followers on Instagram. In the caption, he compared himself with Jaws, the villain from James Bond. Jaws also had metal dental implants similar to those of West.

Dr. Connelly, while speaking in an interview, described working with the artist as a pleasure. He further described that West’s “vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression. The marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic.” Kim Kardashian’s former husband has been involved with accessorizing his teeth for a long time. In 2010, while appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he revealed that he had installed diamonds in place of his bottom teeth. West never was secretive about any of this. According to Kanye: “I just thought that diamonds were cooler. It’s certain stuff that rock stars are supposed to do.

West’s influence is becoming apparent in his North West, his eldest daughter, as well. On her TikTok account, North showed off some of her new dental jewelry. In 2021, Kim sported a similar diamond look, where her teeth were covered in diamonds and opal. One of North’s clips recently went viral where she performed as a part of her father’s gigs. She debuted a new rap feature that should appear on “Vulture” – the new co-album West is creating with Ty Dolla Sign.
