Great-grandmother looks amazing – people are shocked by her true age

When one looks at Joan Richmond-Woodhouse, they see a great-grandmother who is in her 60s. But when they actually get to know about her, they are shocked to know her real age- a woman who is a grandmother to 18 individuals. Most individuals would make the mistake of thinking she is just a woman in the prime of her old age- but that is because of how youthful she looks, not just in her physical form, but also in spirit. 

This great-grandmother has over 33,000 devoted followers, and she uses her popularity to direct tricks and tips for a healthy life. In a video that she posted recently, she informed her followers, “In order to keep happy, you’ve got to stop stressing about things. I mean, it’s ridiculous! It’s no good worrying- it happens if you worry, it happens if you don’t. So why bother worrying at all, you know what I mean? It’s just life.”

92-Year-Old Great-Grandmother Still Looks Like She Is 60

This great-grandmother has just one mantra that she adheres to one needs to enjoy life if they want to look like her. She has often mentioned, “If you enjoy life, you will look like me.” This woman is so confident in her skin that she is not shy about wearing bikinis or form-fitting dresses. For those who are still wondering about her age, Joan Richmond-Woodhouse is 92 years old! And yet, she looks like she is in her 60s. And she has a little secret to looking thirty years younger- she doesn’t let trivial things stress her out.

The great-grandmother moved to the European nation of Spain back in 2002 with Late. Trevor Woodhouse, her late husband, was a retired solicitor. Now, she is enjoying her life with David Winder, her 80-year-old boyfriend, who is a retired cargo coordinator. The couple lives in Costa Calida, Murcia, Spain, and let’s be honest- she is as inspiring as one can be, with how effortlessly she lives her life and enjoys it to the fullest extent. 

So, how does this great-grandmother look this good for her age? Well, Joan swears by her trusted Nivea cream, stating that she has been using the same cream since she was 16 years old. And she makes it a point to moisturize her entire body at least once a week. In an interview that she gave the previous year, she stated, “I don’t know how to behave like a 91-year-old- I just act the same as I did when I was 21. I’ve always looked young, and people are always shocked when I tell them my age as I don’t look, talk, or act like I am 91.” 

Joan further added, “I don’t do anything special to stay young- I love pies and English grub, so even in Spain, I’ve stuck to eating that. I love wearing a bikini and going to the beach with my granddaughter. I’ve never put any weight on. I think that must be my secret to my young looks and I just love life and have never had the mindset of being old.” But this great-grandmother didn’t have it easy throughout her life- for she even had to battle colon cancer- but she never let that get her down in life.
