every parent is proud of their child. Each thinking theirs is the most beautiful, talented, or promising than any other child. These days, parents parade their children on their social media pages. Some even jimmy the age restrictions and create them pages of their own. There is one set of twins that have taken the internet by storm with their unique appearance. They have been dubbed the “Trueblue twins“.
Trueblue Twins since 2015
Social media has made it possible for the average person to be seen on a daily basis. As a result, we can follow more relatable people who are not the rich and famous. Along with this, came the rise of child stars. There are so many children who are now Insta-famous for their shockingly good looks, or unbeatable talent.
The twins were born on June 6th, 2011. From day one, it was clear to their mom, Stephanie Boyd, that they were destined for greatness. They are of African-American ethnicity, with gorgeous hair and stunning features. But, what makes them stand out are their shocking blue eyes. Megan has a set of two brilliantly blue eyes.
While Morgan has a condition known as Heterochromia. So, one eye is brown, and the other is blue like Megan’s. They were blessed with their blue eyes from genes they inherited from their maternal grandfather, and their mother.
Their rise to fame
From day one, the Trueblue Twin’s mother would dress up her unique daughters in matching clothing. Subsequently, adding an additional element of cuteness. Then, in the year 2015, they had their big-break. A picture of them went viral, and the world went into a fluster over the adorable twins. Suddenly, they were getting so much attention online.
Since their Instagram debut, they have been offered many sponsorships, and signed many modeling contracts (with their mother’s guidance). Furthermore, they have their own Instagram account with 750,000 followers.
Childhood first, fashion models later
Presently, everyone is aware of the dangers of putting yourself out there on social media. Everyone has an opinion, and with keyboard warriors running amuck, one needs to be prepared for the written abuse that is most times inevitable. The Boyd family were not excluded from this, and they most definitely received a decent amount of flack from other parents for supposedly “exploiting” their daughters.
The Trueblue Twin’s father, Lovell Knight, is very aware of the issues that come with such fame. In other words, he is concerned that it might change his daughters in a negative way. He is reportedly less excited about their celebrity status, and leans more towards giving them a childhood before they become famous fashion models. Their mother is onboard with giving them a childhood. She feels they need that experience before they embark on their great journey.
