Coming Out and the Mixed Emotions
In 2020, Page made the life-changing decision to come out as transgender. The announcement brought a wave of relief, gratitude, and joy, but it was also accompanied by anxiety, grief, and anger. Reflecting on his public coming out, Page said, “I felt utterly elated and beyond grateful to finally be in a place where I could accept and love myself… It was also very overwhelming, as you can imagine”.
