The light and noise from outside are also louder closer to a window, which can potentially affect your rest. There is also more lack of privacy and security when your bed is opposite a window. Because windows are not well insulated, you can also experience fluctuations in temperature. Most Feng Shui experts recommend positioning your bed against a solid wall to provide a more balanced flow of energy.
