The exclusivity of the Michelin-Star event was not lost on Webb, who noted that he and his cameraman were the first English visitors to the restaurant. The experience was designed to last five to six hours, featuring meticulously prepared dishes and an immersive setting. Webb described the initial part of the event, where guests descended a set of steps to enjoy fancy chips and dip three feet underwater while watching an introductory video.
