Every little girl needs a dad, and little Kylee wanted one more than anything. That is when her mom’s boyfriend decided to surprise her during a family photo shoot. She had no idea how special that day would become as her biggest dream come true!
A Missing Piece is Found
Tim Bobbit met Annie and his life was about to change forever. Little did he know that not only would he fall in love with his future wife, but her little girl too. Tim took on the role of Kylee’s father, but still, he was not her dad.
Tim did everything he could to make sure Kylee knew how loved she was. From attending all of her cheerleading competitions and dance recitals, playing video games together, and carrying her to bed just like a real dad would do. Their bond grew, and Kylee wanted nothing more than for Tim to be her real dad. During Tim and Annie’s wedding, Kyle read a letter to Tim, asking him to please adopt her.
This is when Tim had a really great idea to surprise Kylee during a photo shoot. Tim wanted nothing more than to be her dad, too!

Surprise at a Photo Shoot
Of course, after Kylee’s emotional letter at their wedding, Tim knew he had to make sure he revealed that he had officially adopted her in the most special way possible. He arranged a special photo shoot just for her, during which he planned to surprise her with a letter of his own.
During the photo shoot, Tim took out his letter and began to read it to Kylee. He spoke about how much he loved all the things they did together. He goes on to tell Kylee how he is looking forward to all the special future moments they will share together. Tim even told her that the moment he looks forward to most is walking her down the aisle at her wedding one day, “because that’s what fathers do.”
“I absolutely love going to all your cheer and dance comps, and I love watching you grow into the beautiful young lady you are. I love being the person you come to when you are hurt or scared. And, I love holding your hand when we walk through the store or when you’re scared to ride the roller coaster.”

This was the moment during the photo shoot where Tim tells Kylee that he was now her dad, signed, sealed, delivered! To make the whole thing even more beautiful, Tim even gave Kylee a special ring to signify their love and bond.
Soon, the rest of Kylee’s family joins in on the photoshoot and moment of celebration as Kylee finally has the dream she always wanted, a dad. And not just any dad – Tim!
