The Destination

Located in the hills of Paso Robles, California, lies Alta Colina. This beautiful family-owned and run vineyard boasts spectacular views and offers some fantastic wine. The adorable little vintage trailers are in a secluded section of the 130-acre organically farmed estate. The estate was also a recipient of Sunset Magazine’s “Best of the West” Travel Award. The owners of this hilltop Vinyard teamed up with Tinker Tin Trailer Company, offering a unique experience camping out in one of their vintage RVs.[1][2]

The highly acclaimed Adelaida District of Paso Robles has been home to Alta Colina Vineyard since 2003. This hard-working family-owned and operated winery planted their first grapes in 2005 and in 2009 their first bottle of wine was sold. Alta Colina wines are a reflection of the magical 130-acre estate property in the Westside hills of Paso Robles.

Spend the weekend drinking wine in vintage campers

Each vintage camper van comfortably sleeps two guests on a double bed. However, The Trailer Pond does offer group rentals which are perfect for team building, hen parties, or just if you happen to have a really big family! The quaint restored trailers each have their own coffee makers, icebox, and linen. Adding to the camping theme, there is a communal bathroom and shower, as well as a kitchen area where you can grill up a storm! If you arent in the mood for that, you are welcome to visit one of the many restaurants in the area or even order a catered meal directly from the 12-person farmhouse table on the property. And of course, the opportunity of drinking wine in vintage campers![3]
